Too often we see courageous ventures ending up with no choice but to engage in business-as-usual practices. This often due to required paradigm change of how business is organized and done, or from out-side-in support with skill, but inherently conflicting interests. After all, we’ve mastered the art of linear-economies based on easy and outdated one-size-fits-all methods and processes of value creation and exploitation.
Frustrated with the lack of vision, absence of accountability, and obscure real-world measurement and business-as-usual, we set out to change the norm. Instead, we believe in putting science and creativity collaboratively at the forefront of decision making. Together with environmental- and social/humanitarian science, business strategy, and service design expertise, Radical Value Agency is set to change the paradigm of doing business right.

As a former elite team athelete, collaboration, learning and hands-on action has always been foundational to anything and all I have done. But, only once I had gone through a career in (everything) design, led by my intrinsic curiosity and creative urge to solve problems through vision, I came to realize I really had a mind for systems-change and business. Having worked on many projects with direct insight into corporate strategy and decision making, I came to understand we can only make a real difference for the better of our biosphere and all of us living in it, by outcompeting these companies for things to (really) change.
Having lived and worked in many countries and cities across europe and north America, I' have been incredibly privileged to work with truly diverse teams, different cultures and varying skills. The one thing that gets me out of bed, is developing concepts into strategies with tangible outcomes, and innovate all over again.
