In order to change the world, we need to change how we do business - starting with the business model of professional services.

Typically, professional services make their profit from margins on the fees paid and effectively delegated to cheaper, less experienced and overworked employees, minus a financial sales reward for the project lead. This means the incentive being to deliver ‘good enough’ in order to sell another project, rather than solving for an actual problem.

As an Impact Agency, we’re legally liable for, and financially incentivized to, delivering systemic impact. This means we have no use for a sales driven approach with individual financial incentives from sales rewards that ensures all fees paid go directly towards impact - not someone’s pocket.

An Impact Agency’s profit comes from the ratio of risk we take for hands-on value created by experts, accountable through scientifically measurable results based on the performance and value increase of predefined metrics.
